We need volunteers to make critical repairs for victims of Hurricane Helene. No experience necessary!

“Habitat Happenings” for Winter 2024/25

• Our donated campers have temporarily housed 10 individuals and families that were displaced from Hurricane Helene, giving them a warm place to stay for the holidays.
• Our Critical Home Repair program has completed 112 repairs on 67 homes as of January 2023, ensuring the health and safety of our neighbors who wish to remain in place. Great job, team! Need a repair? Call 828-862-5116 for more info and to apply.
• Work continues on our duplex on White Oak Lane, just off Probart in downtown Brevard, thanks to the incredibly hard work by our volunteers, construction staff, and volunteer groups. Thank you for helping make this dream come true!
• Coming in early 2025 – a new 9-home community around the corner from our duplex build. More dreams will become a reality, and lives will be changed thanks to affordable homeownership. To apply for an affordable home, please call 828-862-5117.
• We have a new Veteran Services Program designed to improve the lives of local veterans and their families through repairs, home modifications, new homeownership, and opportunities for a new roof. Learn more here!
