I have been a resident or have worked in Transylvania county for the past 12 months.

Finances

I have not declared bankruptcy in the past two years.

Partnership

I am willing to partner with Habitat, including investing up to 200 sweat equity hours per applicant (friends and family members can help me perform half the required hours) and completing financial literacy and homebuyer education courses.
