From customer service to merchandising, the Habitat ReStore offers a multitude of volunteer opportunities geared toward individual interests and skills.

In addition to helping families create safe, decent and affordable housing, you can expect a fun and rewarding time while volunteering at the ReStore! It’s a great place to meet new people while engaging with community members and making a difference to those in need.

Volunteer Waivers

All volunteers must complete an annual Volunteer Waiver of Liability. Minors ages 16-17 must bring a completed and signed (by a parent/guardian) Volunteer Waiver of Liability prior to volunteering. Thank you for getting involved!

VOLUNTEER WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Transylvania Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible as a charitable gift for federal income tax purposes.

In accepting and rejecting applications, Transylvania Habitat for Humanity must conform to all aspects of the Fair Housing Act and all Fair Housing Laws, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Privacy Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as any local applicable laws as they apply to applications for a mortgage.
