About the Homeowners

The Galloway family, Levi, Kenzie, and Sawyer, have been living with Levi’s parents for some time and were ready to purchase a home of their own. After a challenging time finding anything they could afford, they decided to contact Transylvania Habitat for a chance to apply for an affordable home. The most important aspect of their new home is creating memories for themselves, and stated “We want a home where we look at a room, we can see memories of our favorite family moments together.” The Galloways will be able to celebrate the holidays in their new home!

Transylvania Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible as a charitable gift for federal income tax purposes.

In accepting and rejecting applications, Transylvania Habitat for Humanity must conform to all aspects of the Fair Housing Act and all Fair Housing Laws, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Privacy Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as any local applicable laws as they apply to applications for a mortgage.
