Situated on the cul-de-sac along New Hope Drive in Don Ross Acres sits Corey’s home that is currently being built. Corey was born and raised in Transylvania County, and has bounced from home to home over the years and was looking to finally have a place to call his own. He’s always heard of Habitat for Humanity, but like so many others didn’t think that he would be able to receive an affordable home. When asked about what he’s most looking forward to, Corey responded, “knowing that I can put in a hard day’s work and have my own home to lay my head down at night” excited him. The build is on, Corey. Not much longer!
