About the Homeowners

Transylvania Habitat’s very first duplex was completed in May of 2025, marking a major milestone in affordable homeownership. The two families who call the duplex home have a combined five children, and have both been living in unaffordable, run-down rentals that did not offer a positive living situation. Both homes boast front and back porches, close proximity to the downtown Brevard area and schools, and best of all – yards for sunny days. We’re so happy you’re home!
