The Homeowners

Victoria Chapman and her daughter have been living in an expensive apartment just outside of town for several years, dealing with issues such as leaking windows with no help or hope of repair from the landlords. After the management company of the complex changed income requirements, Victoria discovered that she no longer qualified to live in the apartment, and was forced to make a change in her living situation. In her application letter, Victoria comments, “Having the opportunity to raise my daughter in a safe and secure home would mean a lot to us, especially at a time like this.”  Welcome home, Victoria!
